Officers with the Dover Police Department spent July 17 and July 18 arresting 25 persons wanted as local fugitives. The individuals, all of who had active warrants for their arrest, were taken into custody with the assistance of the Department of Correction and state Probation and Parole officers, said police spokesman Capt. Tim Stump. A total of 72 charges were filed against the individuals, 10 of who were wanted by other law enforcement agencies. Those arrested included Brian Skinner, 31, of Dover, on charges of theft of a motor vehicle, Crystal McDonald, 24, of Magnolia, for second-degree burglary, third-degree assault and second-degree conspiracy, and Tionna Moore, 21, of Camden, for second-degree assault, criminal mischief, and theft. McDonald was jailed at the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institute in lieu of a $3,000 secured bond. Moore and Skinner were released on unsecured bonds.
