Two 17-year-old juveniles were arrested by the Harrington Police Department July 16 for disorderly conduct.
Police spokesman Lt. Earl Brode, officers on patrol responded to the 100 block of Fleming Street in Harrington around 10 p.m. July 16 for a disorderly group. Upon arrival officers determined that the two juvenile suspects were in front of the victim's residence, cursing, yelling and threatening to harm the victim.
The two 17 year olds were taken into custody and processed at the Harrington Police Department. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threatening.
The juvenile suspects were arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and both released on a $1,000 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance in Kent County Family Court.
