The Dover man who allegedly kidnapped his 1-year-old son was arrested June 30.
The Dover man who allegedly kidnapped his 1-year-old son and set off an Amber Alert by the Delaware State Police has been arrested.
Kyron X. Graham, 21, of the 200 block of West Loockerman Street, was taken into custody June 30, according to documents released by Justice of the Peace Court 7, Dover.
Graham allegedly burst into the home of the child's mother shortly before 8 a.m. June 30, attempted to strangle a resident in the home, grabbed the child and told the mother, "See if you see your son again."
He then fled the home with the child.
Dover Police requested the Delaware State Police issue an Amber Alert for the boy, which was cancelled after he was located in the home of a relative.
Graham turned himself in to Dover Police and charged with first-degree kidnapping, home invasion with intent to commit a violent felony, strangulation and criminal mischief.
He was ordered jailed in default of a $52,750 secured bond.
