  • Members of the Delaware State Police Kent County Governor's Task Force have arrested a Dover man after a month-long investigation into illegal drug sales.
Officers executed a search warrant Monday at an apartment in Building B of the Autumn Run apartment complex on Webbs Lane, said police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier. During their search, drug force officers found six grams of crack cocaine, individually packaged for sale, 32 Oxycodone pills, $500 in suspected drug proceeds and other drug paraphernalia, Fournier said.
The suspect, identified as Jason D. Robinson, 37, was not in the apartment at the time of the search, but was contacted upon his return to the complex and taken into custody without incident. Robinson was found to be carrying $235 in suspected drug proceeds, Fournier said.
Robinson was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released from custody after posting a $6,000 secured bond.
Members of the Kent County Drug Task Force and the Dover Police Department Drug Unit assisted with the arrest.
