David Lee Cook Jr. of Mount Pleasant High School in Wilmington, will receive the Autism Delaware Adult with Autism Scholarship.
The Autism Delaware Adult with Autism Scholarship supports adults with autism spectrum disorders who want to attend college or some other post-secondary educational program.
Cook will begin college next year at West Chester University. He will pursue a bachelor's degree in mathematics and actuarial science. After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies, Cook would like to secure a position in the actuarial science field.
