The incident took place at 11 a.m. May 22, said Dover Police Department spokesman Capt. Tim Stump. The suspect, identified as Eric Lloyd, 20, of the 4000 block of Whitney Swamp Road, Bridgeville, allegedly went up to his 19-year-old victim with the threat he was armed with a handgun.

He later was caught on Harmony Lane while carrying the BB-gun, Stump said.
Lloyd was charged with first-degree robbery and carrying a concealed deadly instrument. He was jailed at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna, in default of $11,000 secured bail.
