Delaware State Police have arrested a wanted sex offender.
Troopers with the Delaware State Police have arrested a homeless sex offender and charged him with failure to register his whereabouts, as required by law.
Julius L. Minus, 64, was taken into custody May 16, said police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier.
Minus was arraigned on the failure to register charge at Justice of the Peace Court 7 in Dover, then released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
