A local laundromat in Cheswold was vandalized Thursday night, but hidden cameras caught some excellent photographs of those believed responsible.
Kwon's Laundromat, located at 762 Main St., Cheswold, was the scene of two vandalism incidents on Thursday morning.
At least three people came into the business at 12:30 a.m. and again at 1:22 a.m., and stole cash from the change repositories in the washers and dryers, said Chief of Police Christopher Workman. The vandals also caused extensive damage to other equipment in the building, including a change machine.
Hidden surveillance cameras caught the thieves at work at the change machine, and police are making those photos available to the public.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Workman at (302) 734-2202 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333.
