  • Delaware State Police are advising the public that David J. Bugle, a Tier II sex offender who has declared himself homeless, is in the Dover area.

  • Delaware State Police are advising the public that a Tier II sex offender who has declared himself homeless is in the Dover area.
    The man, David J. Bugle, 45, is not wanted for any crime, said police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier. Law enforcement authorities use the media to notify the public of sex offenders in the area when they do not provide a fixed address.
    Bugle stands 6 feet tall, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.
    Anyone with information that Bugle may be occupying a residence is asked to call (302) 672-5306 or utilize the DSP Mobile Crime Tip app at www.delaware.gov/apps.
    Information also may be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333, via the Internet at www.tipsubmit.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword "DSP."
