  • Police are searching for the people responsible for a home-invasion-style robbery that occurred at Autumn Run Apartments in Dover Sunday evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:53 p.m. Sunday, said Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police, as two black male suspects, both armed with handguns, forced their way into an apartment located in the J building.
The apartment was occupied by five individuals, ranging from ages 21 to 36.
Once inside, the suspects demanded money and cell phones from the victims, Fournier said. The victims complied with the demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of cash and cell phones before the suspects fled the apartment in an unknown direction. No one was injured in this incident.
The suspects were described as 6-foot tall, 200 pounds and wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts. No further physical or clothing description was given, Fournier said.
