Two Harrington 17-year-olds are pending an appearance in Kent County Family Court following their arrest for underage consumption of alcohol.
The teens, who were not named by Harrington Police spokesman Lt. Earl K. Brode, were taken into custody April 17 when officers responded to a call of a domestic dispute taking place in the 300 block of Calvin Street. The officer determined the two had been in a verbal altercation at that address and had left; they were found on Delaware Avenue. The arresting officers smelled alcohol on both teens, and took them into custody.
Both were given a criminal summons for underage consumption of alcohol, and released to their parents, Brode said.
