Two people have been arrested following a fight at a Dover court
Capitol Police arrested a Dover man and woman March 20 after they got into a physical altercation at Kent County Family Court.
The two were identified as Kareathal Dukes, 22, of the 400 block of East Water St., and Christopher Warren, 31, of the 100 block of Willis Road, Dover, said police spokeswoman Kimberly H. Chandler.
The two were in a mediation hearing when both became loud and boisterous, said Chandler and the argument escalated in a physical altercation.
Dukes and Warren both were issued a summons for disorderly conduct and released pending an appearance in Justice of the Peace Court 7, Dover.
