  • Harrington Police have arrested two persons on drug charges following a traffic stop.
Police stopped the vehicle March 19 after officers observed the occupants acting in a suspicious manner, said department spokesman Lt. Earl K. Brode. A search turned up marijuana in the vehicle and in the driver's purse, Brode said. Total weight of the marijuana was 2.3 grams, he said.
The driver, identified as Kelsey Condron, 23, of Viola, and the passenger, identified as Mark A. Parker, 22, of Milford, were both charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were issued criminal summonses, Brode said, and Condron was released.
Officers discovered Parker was wanted out of the Kent County Court of Common pleas; he was arraigned on a $223 bond, then released.
