Police arrested two men in Magnolia following a two month investigation into drug trafficking near Magnolia.

Two men were arrested Thursday after the culmination of a two month long investigation into drug dealing Magnolia.

On Feb. 28 at around 5:15 p.m., Police executed a search warrant at a residence in the unit block of Terry Drive, in Magnolia.

Theodore M. Gray and Perry Bendelewski were observed sitting in a car in the driveway.  They were taken into custody without incident and a search of the car uncovered three grams of marijuana and two bags of heroin.  During the execution of the search warrant, detectives located 1,293 bags of heroin, 32.325 grams total, packaged individually for sale. Officers also found drug paraphernalia and over $4,300.00 in suspected drug profits.  The house, where Gray resides was also occupied by two children under the age of 10.

Gray and Bendelewski were transported back to Troop three near Camden where they were charged with the above listed crimes.  Gray was committed to DCC in lieu of $34,000.00 secured bail.  Bendelewski was released on $3,000.00 unsecured bail. 

Troopers are currently looking for Eric A. Gray, Theodore’s brother, who also resides at the house, he is wanted for, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
