Busy night ahead for Dover City Council

Dover City Council is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. tonight for its biweekly meeting, council's Legislative, Finance & Administration Committee also has a full agenda prior to the action meeting at 6 p.m. and the Utility Committee starts things off at 5 p.m. in City Hall chambers.
