U.S. Olympic gold medalist skier Lindsey Vonn was injured during world championships in Austria. Vonn had to be airlifted off a mountain after she went head over heels and apparently injured her knee. Bad weather was a factor before the race, Yahoo reported.

The Weavers of Stuttgart, Ark., left for a weekend fishing trip, and while they were on their way out of town bought several lottery tickets. One of them was a $1 million winner. On their way home, the couple bought more tickets and won again, this time $50,000.
