Dean Mosley of Dover, passed away, January 19, 2013 in Kent General Hospital in Dover. He was 58.

Mr. Mosley was born January 7, 1955, to the late Joseph L. ”Snooks”, Mosley and Rosemary Seeney Mosley. He was a life long resident of Kent County, Delaware.

He worked as an equipment operator and construction laborer.
