A 71-year-old woman had items, including her credit cards, stolen while at an appointment for physical therapy on Dec. 24, 2012. Transactions on the card began occurring later on that day when purchases were made at Ollie's and Citi Trends located in the Rodney Village Shopping Center near Dover. In all, more than $250 was charged on the credit card. A surveillance photo shows the suspect as a black male, 25-35 years old, five feet 10 inches tall to six feet then inches tall, 200 to 225 lbs., wearing a black coat with a fur lined hood and brown pants.
The Delaware State Police is asking for the public's assistance in attempting to identify the suspect.
