  • Capital School District Superintendent Michael Thomas has new contract extension

  • Capital School District Board of Education extended Superintendent Michael Thomas' contract to 2015 at Monday night's meeting in Dover since the two-year contract extension the board gave him in May 2012 violated the state Freedom of Information Act.
