Obit: Mary Ellen Ketchem

Mary Ellen Ketchem passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012.

She was born in Philippi, West Virgina. Mary graduated from Fairmont High School 1960 and Fairmont State College 1964. She also received a Masters Degree from University of Delaware in Education.

Mary moved to Delaware in 1964 to teach at the Air Base High School. She married Fred Riblett in 1967.
