Governor Markell to honor Sandy Hook victims Dec. 21
Governor Jack Markell is asking Delawareans to join with the residents of Connecticut in observing a moment of silence at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 21 in memory of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
