Dr. Charles Abrams, O.D. passed away at the age of 92, on Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Bernice (nee Osterneck), his daughter Celia, his son Dr. Jerome, his daughter-in-law Marianne and grandsons Jacob, Daniel and Nicholas.
