  • Members of the Dover Police Drug Unit and Operation Safe Streets Unit have arrested a Dover Mall vendor suspected of peddling counterfeit merchandise.
Dover Police executed a search warrant on a kiosk located in the Dover Mall at approximately 10:20 a.m. December 12, Capt. Tim Stump said. It had been determined that this kiosk was selling counterfeit NFL and MLB items.
The owner, defendant Sharon Cohen of Ocean City, Md., was arrested for two counts of Trademark Counterfeiting, Stump said. Officers seized more than 800 items as a result, he said.
Cohen was released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
