In addition to his parents, Mr. Frazier was preceded in death by his companion of twenty years, Doris Jarrell, and his Uncle and Aunt, Temple and Edna Stubbs.

Frazier, and a sister, Joyce Frazier Melvin, (James), both of Felton, his Aunt, Evelyn Pierson, and his three cousins, Robert Pierson, Ronald Pierson, and Thomas Pierson, all of Wilmington, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Berry-Short Funeral Home in Felton.  Friends may call on Monday, November 19, 2012 from 6 to 8 P.M.  Interment will be in Barratts Chapel Cemetery.
