Dover City Council appears headed to compromise on Martin Luther King Boulevard dilemma

Dover City Councilman Adam Perza was treated like a hero Monday night after he proposed a different corridor to name after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The Perza proposal would rename most of Court Street as well as Duke of York and William Penn streets in the legislative corridor of the city, where there are no businesses to be affected. Both sides of the issue seemed receptive to the idea.
