Camden-Wyoming Sewer & Water Authority silent on order to comply with Freedom of Information Act

The Camden-Wyoming Sewer & Water Authority Board of Directors will release a statement that responds to by the end of November to Delaware Superior Court Judge Robert Young's ruling that the authority must release the financial records it repeatedly has refused to disclose because of its belief that it was not a public body subject to the state Freedom of Information Act.
