Election Commissioner: No irregularities reported in Delaware

With Delaware polls closing in an hour, Elections Commissioner Elaine Manlove said things were going smoothly at Delaware's polls.

She said no voter irregularities were reported in any of the state's three county's, and while turnout has been brisk, she did not expect it to eclipse 2008's record turnout, when 66 percent of the state's registered voters cast ballots.
