Obit: Carol E. Weeks

Carol E. Weeks passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at Capital Nursing Home. She was 71.

Carol was born on Oct. 16, 1940 in Newark, N.J., daughter of the late Adele (Lawrence) and Melvin Mumford. She had worked as a nurse for the Delaware Hospital for The Chronically Ill in Smyrna for 23 years.
