  • The Delaware State Police need the public's help in locating a Dover man wanted on several charges.

    David E. Jennings Jr., 39, is charged with theft of a motor vehicle, conspiracy 2nd, theft, criminal mischief, terroristic threatening, conspiracy 3rd, harassment, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass 2nd, criminal contempt of a family court order, and he is wanted on two warrants out of Kent County courts.
    Police say Jennings stole a motor vehicle and attempted to sell it at a local scrap yard on May 9. They say he also drove a vehicle in the yard of his ex wife's house, violating a protection abuse order on Sept. 16.
