YMCA to offer eight-week boot camp starting Sept. 5

The YMCA, 1137 S. State St., Dover, will offer a boot camp starting Sept. 5.

Camp will begin at 9:15 a.m. for eight weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The course is $100 and will be led by trainer Al Wyllie.

Attendees will go through military-style cardio drills, strength exercises and flexibility work.
