Dwyer to retire from Cancer Support Community Delaware

Executive Director Cynthia C. Dwyer will retire from Cancer Support Community Delaware (CSCD) effective Dec. 31.

Dwyer co-founded the CSCD, formerly the Wellness Community Delaware, after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 1990. She has served as executive director since 2000.

The CSCD is a non-profit organization that provides professional psychological support services to cancer patients and their family members; free of charge.
