Clayton man charged with writing on parking boot

A Clayton man faces charges of writing graffiti on a parking boot on Aug. 9 in the unit block of Bradford Street in Dover.

Brandon Pelton, 38, is accused of writing on the boot with a permanent marker. Police say he was angry that the boot was placed on his car for unpaid parking fines.

Pelton was arrested and is now out of jail awaiting trial.
