Miles for Meals 5K Run/Walk set for Aug. 18

Tri-Sports Events will hold a Miles for Meals Run/Walk on Saturday, Aug. 18 at the Modern Maturity Center, 1121 Forrest Ave., Dover, to benefit Meals on Wheels of Kent County.

Registration is at 8 a.m. with the walk starting at 9 a.m.

Registration is $25 per person; free for children eight and under; free with a $50 donation to Meals on Wheels
