The Delaware State police add three new charges against a Magnolia man after they say he had a fight with his girlfriend then broke into her home on Bethany Drive two days later and refused to leave.

Matthew Kerr, 20, is now charged with burglary, stalking and criminal mischief. Those are in addition to the original charges of: strangulation, terroristic threatening, reckless endangering, assault in the third degree, theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal trespass of a child and driving while license suspended.

Kerr was arrested after the incidents on July 10 and July 13. He is being held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center.
