Heritage Day set for August 25 in downtown Harrington

The Harrington Park District will host Heritage Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 25 between Mechanic and Fleming streets in downtown Harrington.

Activities will include a live music stage, model airplane displays, an open house of the Harrington Volunteer Fire Company, and more.

There will also be a children’s activity center located at the Harrington Historical Society and Museum on Fleming Street.   

Admission to Heritage Day is free, and non-food vendors for the event are currently needed.
