POLYTECH foundation golf tournament draws 72 golfers

Several golfers walk away with prizes at this years POLYTECH foundation golf tournament at Jonathans Landing Golf Course on Thursday, June 21 in Magnolia, Del.

Seventy-two golfers took aim at the prizes offered at this years event which helps support the many activities POLYTECH students are involved in all year long.

This year’s winners included the following:

Low Gross: Sean Kenney – Mike Parkowski – PJ Durning – Dan Rowles

Low Net: Angie White – Rob Ridgeway – Shawn Dockerty – Dino Donofrio

High Gross: Lee Thompson – Mel Warren – Lin Faucett – George Booth

Longest Drive: Male – Jeremy MacDonald / Female – Nancy Marsh

Closest-to-the-Pin: John Trabaudo 7”1”

Farthest-from-the-Pin: Dan Adams 63’2”

Rob Ridgeway was the big winner - taking home a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport by hitting a 110 yd shot 10” from the pin.
