The Regional Planning Commission and Levy Court will hear planning applications from Med David Family District, William B. Schauber, Fawn Crossing, Blue Hen Properties LLC and Polytech High School in the month of February.

The Regional Planning Commission will receive public testimony on the following applications/ordinances at its public hearings at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2. RPC will make a recommendation on all of these applications/ordinances at its business meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9. No testimony is taken at this meeting.

The Levy Court will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 28, to render a final decision on these applications/ordinances.

The applications to be considered are:

Med David Family District requests agricultural preservation district approval for 308 acres on Deer Antler Road, west of Clayton.
  William B. Schauber requests a comprehensive plan map amendment from industrial to commercial and zoning map amendment from limited industrial to general business for 4.8 acres on Horsepond Road, adjacent to the city of Dover.
  Fawn Crossing requests conditional use approval of a cluster development of 50 acres on the Milford Harrington Highway, west of Milford.
  Blue Hen Properties LLC requests conditional use approval to move to contractor’s establishment from vacant commercial building for two acres on Hatchery Road, north of Dover.

In addition, RPC will take action on the following application at its Feb. 9 business meeting:

Polytech High School requests site plan approval of expansion of a public high school on 89 acres on Walnut Shade Road, east of Woodside.
