William ”Billy” E. Trover III, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012 in his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was 50.


William ”Billy” E. Trover III, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012 in his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was 50.

Born May 14, 1961 in Rantoul, Illinois, Billy lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for over 20 years, before moving to Dover three years ago.

He worked as a sales representative in the automotive sales business all of his life, most recently with Hertrich and Winner Ford here in Dover. Billy loved his Harley Davidson Motorcycles, fishing and turtle hunting. He enjoyed spending time by the water, and playing with his nieces & nephews. He was an avid Miami Dolphins fan.

He was a member of the B.P.O. Elks Lodge in Dover, and the Sons of the American Legion Bike Club.

Billy is survived by four children Elizabeth Lynn and William E. Trover, IV, of Davie, Florida and Alex and Taylor Trover, of Mesa, Arizona; his parents Ryoko (Sakamoto) & William E. Trover, Jr., of Dover; a brother David Trover, and his wife Beverly of Camden; a sister Brenda Bundschuh and her husband Alan of Felton; one Granddaughter; and his nieces and nephews Holly, Paige, Erica, Ryan & Alan Bundschuh III; and Zachary, Curtis, Kathy Lee, Alexander and Hailey Trover.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Kent County S.P.C.A.
