Rosalie Nichols Cline, 84, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, December 15, 2011, lovingly attended by family and friends.  She was born on May 16, 1927 in Orange Township, Michigan.


Rosalie Nichols Cline, 84, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, December 15, 2011, lovingly attended by family and friends.  She was born on May 16, 1927 in Orange Township, Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Florence Nichols, her two brothers, Roby and Boyd, and her sister Lorraine, as well as her devoted husband, William Edwin Cline, Sr.

She is survived by her nine children and their spouses, fifteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

She was a gifted and passionate teacher whose talent blessed the children of the public education system in the state of Delaware for over twenty years.  She also used her considerable gifts as Sunday school teacher and choir director at her local church.  She was known by her friends and neighbors for growing beautiful irises, playing piano, and baking bread.  She led a busy and fruitful life and made a meaningful impact on our world and will be missed by many.
