Delaware State Police Youth Aid detectives are seeking a male suspect who attempted to lure two 13-year-old girls in the Eagle Meadows development in Dover Tuesday morning.

Delaware State Police Youth Aid detectives are investigating the report of a possible luring incident which occurred Tuesday morning in Dover.

The incident occurred at approximately 7 a.m., as a 13-year-old female was walking to a bus stop in the Eagle Meadows development in Dover. The female told police that as she was walking, she was approached by a black male subject operating a gray Honda Civic.

The 13-year-old advised that the subject asked her if she wanted a ride and when she declined, asked her if she wanted to be his girlfriend. The victim again declined at which time the subject drove away. She went to her bus stop and then reported the incident upon her arrival at the Postlethwait Middle School in Camden.
