Delaware’s congressional delegation, U.S. Sens. Tom Carper and Chris Coons, and Rep. John Carney, will host a job fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, at Delaware Technical and Community College in Dover.

Delawareans interested in attending should call 573-6345 or email workshop@coons.senate.gov for more information or to pre-register.

Businesses looking to hire at the job fair should contact Latisha Bracy in Coons’ office at 573-6345.

“There is still room at the job fair for more employers in the region looking to hire capable, energetic Delawareans,” said Coons, who hosted a job fair in Wilmington in April that drew more than 2,200 people looking for work. “Businesses that have openings and would like to participate in the job fair should contact my office to reserve their spot.”

“Helping Delawareans find good jobs is priority number one for the entire Delaware delegation,” Carper said. “Connecting employers with potential employees is a win-win for the First State as we help put people back to work and expand the local economy.”
