SAINT THOMAS MORE PREPARATORY
Record: 14-5, 7-3
The Saint Thomas More girls basketball team picked up a victory in its only game last week, defeating Lake Forest, 51-44, Feb. 23. Three Ravens scored in double figures in the win, including senior Liz Freud, 14 points, junior Lauren Curlett, 11 points, and junior Christine Eliassen, 10 points. STM closed its season Feb. 24 in a game at St. Mark’s High School.
CAMPUS COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL
Record: 14-6, 7-3
The Campus Community High boys basketball team split a pair of games last week, first beating Delaware Military Academy, 73-63, Feb. 21, then losing to Wilmington Christian, 76-50, Feb. 23. Senior Kishai Sylvester led the Cougars in the win with 23 points, and was assisted by freshman Zhyhee Harmon with 16 points. Freshman James Palmer and junior Aaron Marvel contributed 10 points each. Campus will await the release of the brackets for the state tournament to see if it moves on to the second season.
