Dover police have arrested the suspect in a non-fatal shooting Sept. 28 in the Capitol Green public housing development.

Devin Glover, 33, of Dover, was taken into custody without incident Dec. 28 at an apartment in the Whatcoat Village public housing development, said Capt. Tim Stump.

Warrants for Glover’s arrest were issued after he allegedly shot at a vehicle in the 400 block of E. Water St. shortly before midnight Sept. 28.

According to police, Glover pulled up next to a vehicle on a bicycle and fired several shots. None of the car’s three occupants was hit. 

Glover stands charged with reckless endangering and a slew of gun offenses. He was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of a $33,500 secured bond.
