Dover Police have obtained arrest warrants for Devin Glover, 33, after he was named as a suspect in a Sept. 28 shooting in Capital Green.


Dover Police have been issued arrest warrants for Devin Glover, 33, of Mifflin Meadows, Dover, after he was named a suspect in a shooting.

The assault took place at 11:49 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 400 block of East Water St., Capital Green, said police spokesman Capt. Tim Stump.

According to the victims, Glover rode a bicycle up to a car occupied by three persons and fired multiple shots. No one was hit, although the vehicle was damaged, Stump said.

The arrest warrants were issued after an investigation determined the victims knew Glover.

The warrants include charges of three counts of reckless endangering, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
