Darlene E. Beiler, 40, of Camden, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010.
Friends of the late Darlene E. Beiler, 40, of Camden, may call on the family at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, in Faith Community Church, 2240 S. DuPont Highway, Camden, where services will be held at 11 a.m.
Ms. Beiler died at her parents’ home Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010. Through her faith in Jesus Christ, she was able to die peacefully, looking forward to entering her eternal home in heaven.
Born in Chestertown, Md., she was the daughter of John Beiler and Shirley Smoker Beiler, now of Camden. She grew up in Kent County, Md., and moved to Delaware in 1998.
Ms. Beiler graduated from Philadelphia College of Bible in 1993, and for many years
worked in her family’s business. Before to her illness, she was a nursing major
in the University of Delaware’s Accelerated Nursing Program.
She loved music and children, and for a number of years taught music and gave piano lessons to preschool children in the Dover area. She was greatly appreciated for her talent as a church pianist.
Ms. Beiler was known for her cheerful personality and her gift of encouragement.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Ms. Beiler was preceded in death by a stillborn brother, Joseph Lee Beiler in 1977.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Clayton Beiler and LeVerne Beiler, both of Camden; her paternal grandmother, Katie Stoltzfus Beiler of Lancaster, Pa.; and an extended family.
Interment will be in Barratt’s Chapel Cemetery, near Frederica.
