One Family Court judge, the Justices of the Peace get new terms


The Delaware Senate unanimously approved a handful of judicial and administrative appointments recommended by Gov. Jack Markell during its annual special session, held Sept. 21.

The following gubernatorial nominees were reappointed to their posts:

Family Court Judge Peter B. Jones, Sussex County, to a 12-year term;

Justice of the Peace Stephani Adams, Court 3, Sussex County, to a six-year term;

Justice of the Peace Howard Mulvaney III, Court 3, Sussex County, to a six-year term;

Justice of the Peace Roberto Lopez, Court 13, New Castle County, to a six-year term;

Thoroughbred Racing Commissioner Debra M. Killeen, Sussex County; and

New Castle County Board of Elections member Paul F. Lanouette.
 

Also confirmed were two new appointees to the Industrial Accident Board:

William F. Hare, Kent County; and

Dr. Otto R. Medinilla Sr., New Castle County.
