Harrington Police arrested a Harrington woman July 21 on drug charges.

Following a July 13 search of a home in the 100 block Mechanic Street, Victoria E. Shipley, 27, was arrested July 21 Baylor Women’s Correctional Center in Wilmington where she is incarcerated on a previous drug charge, police spokesman Earl K. Brode said.

Shipley was residing in the residence but was not at home when officers executed the warrant.

Shipley was charged with maintaining a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance, second-degree conspiracy, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. 

Shipley was arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was given $5,000 unsecured bond.
