Dover native Pat Dougherty is making his way down to Austin, Texas, with his band Jupiter One for the famous South by Southwest music and film festival. Indie group Jupiter One plays Rehoboth
A catchy band and great beer. Is there a better way to spend a Friday night? On its way to music mecca South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, Jupiter One — including Dover native Pat Dougherty — will stop for a gig at 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at Dogfish Head Brewing & Eats, 320 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. The show is for 21 and older and admission is free.
Fans of The Shins, Elvis Costello, Phantom Planet or The Cars should check out the group that has been busy touring with Regina Spektor and promoting its latest CD, “Sunshower.”

Friday Night Fights boxing returns to Dover
Friday Night Fights take to the ring at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s Rollins Center this weekend. Doors open at 6:30 and the first fight will start at approximately 7:30 p.m. The main event features WBF champion Brandon “The Business” Baue of Troy, Mo., vs. Mike “No Joke” Stewart of New Castle.
