Diandre Willis, 23, a Dover man wanted for a probation violation, was arrested on weapons and drug charges Thursday.Willis was spotted in downtown Dover at 4:37 p.m. by Dover Police Department Safe Streets officers, said department spokesman Cpl. Mark Hoffman. As police approached, Willis ran off, going through several backyards and damaging a fence, Hoffman said.
