- Winter Carnival at Kent County Public Library

- Approximately 300 adults and children attended the Winter Carnival, Kent County Public Library’s New Year’s celebration Monday, which included various family craft activities and entertainment. The event concluded with the release of 600 balloons, inside, over the crowd.
